I am a terrible runner. I usually don’t break a pace of 9:30. I am inconsistent with my training. But I still love it. Philly is host to a number of big-race events throughout the year but the Philly 10k is the only one that feels like it has its finger on the pulse of the Philly running community. Ryan and Rita asked me to create the finisher prize for the 2019 Philly 10k. With the route beginning and ending on the colorful South Street, I decided to use that locale from my youth as inspiration for the keepsake.
